"Unaza e Madhe" ("The Great Ring") is indicated on OSM from km0 to the north, i.e. to SH1. I drove the road from that junction (coming from the west) to Elbasan today. There is no numbering anywhere north of A3's km0. No SH56, no A3. I've reported the A3 label error on OSM.
I'd remove SH56 from HB and truncate A3 to km0. I'd add "Unaza e Madhe, Tiranë" to eursf.
