FL 7 extended north of FL 704

The most recent GIS data shows the extension as state maintained up to 60th Street North, and it is signed.

($*^&$(^, they finally signed it?!?!?!  Took them dang long enough.

However, that does seem to be the only new 'FL-7' signage on the segment (maybe they were in the middle of the process of adding more when StreetView went through the area).

They've had the overhead signage @ FL-704 since 2014 saying it's gone north of there, but no signage otherwise, even though the GIS showed it.

This has been why I haven't made it go any farther north.  Now, with signage FINALLY being present on the route itself, I'll get to this in the next few days.
