I recommend adding a point on QLD15 for the interchange with M7. It's quite a mess of ramps, but it is a full interchange, and (mostly) distinct from M3.

Adding on (since it's the same trip):

There's a (not very well) signed business route for M15 in Ipswich. I couldn't take any photos, but I'm sure I can find the signs on GMSV. As best I can tell, it follows Warwick Rd to the south, and Brisbane road to the east, but I'm not quite sure the routing within the downtown area.
