There is a new bypass around Kampong Sungai Liang, confirmed by https://asean.org/asean-land-transport-network-map/ .

As far as the route near Bandar Seri Begawan, that map shows a cutoff where no road exists. But I found this distance sign, which shows 16 km to Jerudong. That means we have the wrong route between JlJer and JlMLM, and should use the more direct route through Sengkurong. This also jibes with the 140 km length that BRN AH150 should have per https://arc-agreement.asean.org/file/doc/2015/02/protocol-1-on-designation-of-transit-transport-routes-and-facilities.pdf .
