C.N.78.2006 and C.N.89.2006 do not include the text that was being changed. It seems that one of them extended AH48 from Phuentsholing to Thimpu.

AH2: Phulbari (West Bengal) added
AH4: Yarantai to Urumqi changed from a gap to a continuous route via Takeshkan
AH48: extended from Phuentsholing (the Bhutan-India border) to Phulbari
AH61: branch added from Aktyubinsk/Aktobe to Zhaisan
