CZE: I11/I68/E75 Třanovice - Nebory

The first carriageway of the expressway should have been opened today. The 2nd c/w should be opened in August.
It is signed as I68 as we can see on recent videos. E75 is also indicated on the new road. However, the old I68 runs in parallel and I don't know how it's dedicated now*. Most of it is concurrent to II474 though.
I'll only move E75 onto the new road and keep I68 as-is. I hope that OSM will be updated soon. The new road will be mappable with E75.

It seems that I68 was extended at east end by absorbing the easternmost part of I11, i.e. from Nebory to the Slovak border.

I474 realignment still open since the official map nor OSM nor GM are not yet updated. The direction signs are only partially updated according to June/July 2023 GSV.
Here (and all direction signs at the roads to the roundabout at north end), still indicating II474 onto the old alignment while the "newly erected signs" at D48 are this and that. II474's south end is only covered by Oct 2022 GSV.

Bullshit.... I thought that I should wait till I'll know how the old II474 segment will be dedicated. However, the routing of II474 is already clear. No need to wait. If the old segment will get any II numbering, I can add the route. And yes, Czechia is mounting signs with new numberings which are only officially confirmed months or even years later. If we always wait, we could wait for ages with every change...
