TUR: D240 Bergama bypass opened

It seems that the southern bypass has been opened in May. There are news reports, and OSM indicates it as D240. GSV from summer 2022 still shows construction. However, a gov.tr site calls the "ring road" D240 in respect to construction from May to October 2023.
