LA: US-71 exit numbers (Alexandria)

US-71 has exit numbers posted in that area.  Kinda surprised they aren't shown in OSM since StreetView shows some of them as far back as 2008.  Put in '()' at the end other routes that might need labels updated too due to being along US-71 at these points.

I-49(80) -> 63 (US-167)
LA1 -> 70 (US-165, LA-28)
I-49(86) -> 71 (US-165, LA-28)

I think the point names on the other routes are more descriptive as-is than if I changed them to reflect 71's exit numbers.
