TN: US-25E missing exit

For 'Crockett Square Dr/Walter State CC Dr'.

Been around since at least 2015 per StreetView.

It's between 'TN160' & 'US11E_S'.

Also, these exits on US-25E have exit numbers in this area (crazy enough, since 2007 at least), not sure how you'd want to address them mapcat.
TN160 -> 1
NEW -> 1A (the reason for this thread)
US11E_S -> 2A
US11E_N -> 2B

Might be able to get away with not adding them, but just thought I'd throw this out there for ya.

I'm not going to worry about the exit numbers. They seem similar to the ones VA uses and reuses in random spots.
