QC: A-40 missing service center

You can U-Turn at it, thus, making it a valid point to have in the file.

Also:
142(73) -> 307  Since this is an A-40 exit number going WB here, it takes priority in A-40's file.  No change needed to A-73 @ this interchange, as going NB on the multiplex, A-73's number is shown there.

I now also see in reference to '307', that '139(73)' is also posted as 307.  So, I can now honestly see why you had both exits using A-73 numbers.  Kinda stupid move by Quebec here honestly.
