NC: NC 57 and NC 86 Point Concerns

NC 57:(From north to south)

1.  Should a point be added at Race Track Rd (signed entrance to Virginia Int'l Raceway)?
2.  Consider adding a point at Kelly Brewer Rd. 
3.  DeerMeaRd>-WagRd or LynnSmiRd
4.  Consider replacing the shaping point north of US501_S with a visible point. (also affects US 501)
5.  Consider replacing the shaping point south of NC157_S with a visible point.

NC 86:  I would not be against adding a point at Manning Dr (UNC Access).  I would also recommend adding this point to US 15/US 501/NC 54.
