Seems that this beast goes all the way to Winnipeg. Lots of signs between there and the MB 1/MB 16 junction too. One place it doesn't seem to go is Minnedosa. There are only MB 16A signs along that route.

FWIW, there still seems to be a TCH 16A junction sign on TCH 16 westbound (something I make a point of checking out whenever I drive past Minnedosa, though I haven't been out there lately).
