OH: I-490 End

I clinched I-490 today and the part past I-77 doesn't look like it's part of I-490 any more; I think it's just OH 10 now.  With the "opportunity corridor" construction, it no longer meets interstate standards and the tenth mile markers are gone.  Also, the 55thSt point should probably be moved for the new configuration.

I thought this was fine as-is because I-490 is still signed here.

The 55th St point location is fine as-is due to being centered on the overpass.

Looks like FHWA still acknowledges it to that point too, which is interesting.  There's also this, but that's been there since forever.

ODOT TIMS says that segment is still I-490, and since that agrees with signage, I don't see a need to change anything.
