NY: US 11/NY 41/NY 13/NY 222 in Cortland

Watching this at 11:21, it seems that NY 13 now follows Port Watson to Church to Clinton, US 11/NY 41 follows Port Watson to Church to Clinton (with NY 222) before heading north, and NY 222 follows Clinton east with US 11/NY 41 to Church.

I am sure the New York peeps will clarify if I am stating this correctly.

Street view shows that it's been like that since forever, so I'm not sure why TM has it differently.  The RIS Viewer and Traffic Data Viewer have a third way (up Church and Grant), but it's largely not supported by signage.

What a mess.  Following signage is probably the best way here.

IIRC usany was the first state system drafted for CHM. We used Google Maps at the time, and its accuracy was not as good back then, c. 2009-2010.

AFAICT, the routes for 11/41 are signed different NB and SB.

This is dated Oct 2019.
FFWD to Jul 2022, and there's a vertical Detour 11/41 assembly in front of the NY41 shield. Behind, trash bags are over the <- arrows, as if to say "Yes, this is US11 & NY41. Neither turn left."
By Aug 2023, the detour assembly is gone but the trash bags are still there, almost as if to just be plain reassurance marker. Maybe they forgot to take`em off?
