CA: I-215 exit issues

21 - Piacentia Ave (opened between Oct '22 & Mar '23)
27B -> 27C (NB - SB)
32A -> 31 (needs fixed in CA-60 too, due to multiplex)
32B -> 32 (needs fixed in CA-60 too, due to multiplex)

Seems you added a random blank line in the middle of the I-215 file.  Not sure if that will hurt anything on the site.


Also, on CA-60, shouldn't the multiplex labels along I-215 be updated to the current standard when both routes have exit numbers in general?
I-215(33) -> 33(215)

The end/start labels @ I-10 are fine due to those having no CA-60 exit numbers.
