WV: WV 41 Realignment in Beckley

A new alignment for WV 41 has been built between US 19 and US 19 Bypass in Beckley. The point marking the northern end of the US 19/WV 41 concurrency should be moved north to the new intersection.

Thanks for the heads up.

Kinda surprised that they didn't put up any signage with new names for the old stubs, but maybe they weren't fully done with the signage when GSV caught the changes on US-19.

US-19 changes:
WV41_BecN -> OldWV41_N (not as a closed point, since the old roads are still in-use as stubs)
NEW -> WV41_BecN (location shifted 0.1 miles)

WV-41 changes:
US19_BecN -> OldWV41
NEW -> US19_BecN (location shifted 0.1 miles)
NEW -> McCDr (where the new alignment rejoins the old road before US-19 Bypass)

News entries included for both routes due to in-use labels changing locations (no way around this).
