MD: I-70->MD 570
« on: October 26, 2022, 09:45:46 pm »
Per a post on AARoads, MD created the MD 570 designation for I-70 east of I-695 to the Park and Ride.  However, per a quick look on street view taken a couple months ago, it doesn't look like signage has actually changed yet, so I'm putting this here as an FYI since I didn't see a "Maryland Outlook" thread or anything like that.

Yep, I've been vaguely aware of this for a while (designation was created a couple years ago) but haven't heard anything about signs changing. So, until they do...

While driving I-70 I noticed a sign indicating that I-70 ends at I-695 https://maps.app.goo.gl/E9UC3STuGffWmPnX6

I do not think we are addressing the east end of I-70 until signage changes to MD 570.  I presume that is dependent on whatever the current status of the Baltimore Red Line is.
