NY: CroCouPkwy Exit Renumbering

Cross County Pkwy is getting mile based exit numbers. The contract will be let in 4 weeks (March 13) and is scheduled to take 2 construction seasons. Most of the sign work is scheduled to be taking place during season 2, so that would likely put the conversion here in mid-late 2026.

Waypoint renaming based on the renumbering will likely be as follows:
1 > 0
3 > 1A
3A > MileSquRd
4 > 1B
5 > 1D
6 > 2A
7 > 2B
8 > 2C
9 > 3A
10 > 3B
