The Scooter Road "interchange" is really just a pair of RIRO ramps to/from the AK 1 southbound lanes, no grade separation. Not really an interchange? Also less than half a mile from the Dimond Blvd. interchange, not an area crying out for another waypoint.

The 76th Ave. interchange is legit. In my queue.

Similar to the 'TurSt' point.  If we have the 1, we should have the other.

Especially since Scooter is 0.5 miles south of DimBlvd, and 1 mile north of OMalRd.  It has exit signage, and isn't part of the ramps to finish either of the other two interchanges off.  Passes the exit tests IMO.

https://github.com/TravelMapping/HighwayData/pull/8215
https://github.com/TravelMapping/HighwayData/pull/8216

This includes realignments of both routes in the Portage area SE of Anchorage, which I just realized has been updated in OSM.
