SD: Moody County Point Updates

Was updating .list files from Moody County travels and noticed some points were off.

SD 32:
SD 13 junction needs recentering
478thAve -> CR9A (and recentered)
Would like to request point at Veterans Street/CR 11, this is a cut back down to SD 34 and goes by the casino

SD 34:
CR77A -> CR5/77A (the number changes going north)
The shaping point west of Egan needs recentering
4thSt -> CR10
233rdSt needs recentering
Would also like to request a point at CR 11 on 34 as well
CRH -> CR17A
