MO: US 54/MO 19 Roundabouts

In the past few years, the intersections at the northern and southern ends of the US 54/MO 19 concurrency were converted to roundabouts which are not centered on the previously existing intersections. Therefore, the points at both intersections (but especially the southern one) should be recentered.
