On MO 139, the point MOsM_W is incorrectly placed at the intersection of South Street and Missouri Avenue.
Highway M actually turns off of South Street onto Kansas Avenue, so the point should be moved to the intersection of Kansas Avenue and Missouri Avenue (and I would appreciate a point there, as that is where I turned off of MO 139).
