NV: Airport connector

This has been discussed before.

Anyway, it's been 5 years since it's been brought up, Nevada has a different maintainer, and the guidelines have evolved/been ignored to the point that, if added to usasf, this ~1.5 mile route would be the 9th- or 10th-shortest one in the set.

Part of it is unsigned NV 171. The rest of the connector, through the airport to Tropicana Ave. (at a since-relinquished part of NV 593), is an unsigned county route. But most or all of it is limited-access.

It seems that the limited-access part (I-215 to the southernmost ramps to/from the terminal) would be enough here.

I honestly think the new 'file name' for the NV airport connector is too long due to having '4 words' in it (nv.harreidaircon.wpt).

Thinking 'hraircon' would have been better.  Or even 'hracon', following the label naming standards due to something like this not being in the manual.

Yes.  I mentioned this also in the PR on Github.  That's where cl94 saw and responded.
