New A23 near Komotini?

It's signed as such since at least 2019. But in blue, not green. But A24 - in HB - is also only signed in blue. A24 has two carriageways but A23 does only have one. Both do not have motorway beginning / end signs. I don't know, maybe the former maintainer si404 can hand out advice?

I haven't looked much, but from random comparisons it seems that OSM is correct about EO99 only reaching Knossos.

A23, A27, A29, and A71 are listed. All have notes that they were added in 2016 or 2017. But all but A23 are green.

https://kmd.ggde.gr/ is an interactive map. It seems a bit outdated though, doesn't have route numbers, and requires using 'inspect' to hide the broken confirmation dialog.

Stavros is correct. The A23 designation does not exist legally. The road number used on those signs is therefore used illegally, as is common in Greece after all. In any case nobody uses road numbers in Greece, not even the government, so they are not really important.
