OH: US27TrkCin/US127TrkCin Monmouth Avenue Point Request

Is it possible to get points added to US127TrkCin and US27TrkCin at Monmouth Avenue in Cincinnati (39.143433986881966, -84.54149339711186)? The American Sign Museum, one of Cincinnati's more popular tourist destinations, is on Monmouth Avenue just east of here so there's a lot of traffic that will just use part of the truck routes on their way to/from the museum.

The sign museum was excellent. If you go on Saturday afternoons, they do live demonstrations of creating a small (single letter) neon sign including bending the glass, cleaning and prepping it, filling it with neon gas, and hooking it up to a transformer to test it.
