LA: LA-67 point suggestions

Looks like we need several points between 'ChiSt' & 'US61/190' due to those roads being direct connections over to exits on I-110.  At least 3, if not 4 new points would be needed.

Thanks.  According to LA DOTD's road transfer maps, that section of LA 67 was deleted last year.  I've been waiting for confirmation that signs have been removed.  If this section of highway will be removed from TM soon, I'm not sure it would be worth it to add the points.
