FL: FL114 is signed

I happened to see this as I was working on my county highway database log but also saw that this route was not included here. It's very short, less than a mile long, and just runs along 8th Street between I-95 and Boulevard street near Downtown Jacksonville. It appears to only be signed northbound right before the exit ramp on I-95 exit 353D, and that also appears to be the only sign for this route. I imagine this was supposed to be unsigned and yet a random sign for this route popped up, make of it what you will.

Originally, that route went all the way over to US-1/17.  However, when they 'shortened' it, they removed all the signage for it EXCEPT for that one BGS.

Not sure why that one was the only survivor.
