26 -> 27
missing -> *27A - historical location for Exit 27 was @ Barnett Road before moved to current location.
missing -> SanRA (just south of Exit 242, you can legally U-Turn here.  Would need to be added to OR-99E too.)
299 -> tweak to gain graph connection with OR-43 here.
