US 311:1. Not sure I can find a good source on this, but
OSM is showing the realignment at NC65_E as complete resulting in a minor point relocation.
2. Consider replacing shaping points with visible points.
NC 135: Consider replacing the shaping point west of US 311 with a visible point.
NC 770: Consider replacing shaping points with visible points.
