I made changes to all routes cited below except SC 248 and the following which should be FPs.

Quote
SC/usasc/sc.sc024.wpt:ONeFerRd
This stands for O'Neal Ferry Rd

Quote
SC/usasc/sc.sc154.wpt:ManStCRd
This stands for Manville-St Charles Rd

Quote
SC/usaus/sc.us052.wpt:NADRd
SC/usaus/sc.us078.wpt:NADSt
NAD is itself an abbreviation and is the correct name of the road.

Quote
SC/usasc/sc.sc146.wpt:SJWorHwy
S J Workman Hwy is the name of this point

Quote
SC/usasc/sc.sc186.wpt:SCChuRd
SC/usasc/sc.sc215.wpt:SHChuRd
SC/usasc/sc.sc763.wpt:SPChuRd

S stands for St. x Church
Note fixes under "too many words" made a few more files with this dynamic

Sent to Jim this evening...

Thanks

A duplicate label error showed up for:

sc.us076:I-20bs (now an alternate label for I-20BS)

Should that label be removed since I do not believe capitalization matters?

Yes, labels are case sensitive & it should be removed, leaving us with
I-20BS http://www.openstreetmap.org/?lat=34.187275&lon=-79.809194

All legitimate false positives then. Looking good.

This one though, contains 2 abbreviated words, and should probably be ManSCRd, similar to how "St" was cut down to 'S' for the churches.

I lived in the Charleston area for about 25 years, but I never heard what "NAD" stood for.  Could someone enlighten me?  I actually lived about a mile or so from NAD Road for a while.

The United States Naval Ammunition Depot.  Hmm, interesting.  Thank you for posting that.  I used to be in the Navy.  I actually attended the Naval Nuclear Power Training Command on what was known at the time as Naval Weapons Station Charleston (2002).

Fixed the US 76 and SC 154 files and sent to Jim.

Is there anything else needed to activate South Carolina State Highways?

The distance for this system is just one systems.csv edit and one systemupdates.csv entry to being active. Can we get this done by the end of the year?

I'll make those edits right now and have it active in tonight's update.

I guess we are not being as urgent on this as we were when usava was being finalized.  I think we were getting questions on this at least once a month (mainly because portions of VA 7 and VA 168 were in both systems).

It's not really an urgent matter, just something that was forgotten and will be dealt with. Nothing for you to be concerned about.
