I have caught up through SC 8.

The SC 296 change evidently occurred in 2016.  Current Spartanburg County and State Officials now show Daniel Morgan as not primary anywhere along its path from Reidville Rd to US 176.  SC 296 has definitely been rerouted to stay on Reidville Rd to US 29.

The US 29 Bypass postings may be to specifically route folks around a lane closure where St John approaches Church St (see the Oct 2018 GMSV)

My philosophy on South Carolina's CONN routes:  If they have route signage with TO banners on either end then I tend to want to call the road its designated CONN route.  In the US 176/221 CON example for SC 9, this should be changed to Wood St because there is no route signage on either end.  However, on the US 221 file the other US 176 CON route that follows old SC 9 should remain called that because it is posted as TO US 221 South from I-585 and as SC 9 from US 221...

I would only put the CONN routes in the HB with their own route files if they are actually posted in the field as a CONN route (like SC 5 CONN).

Thanks for the clarification.   I did find two leftover SC 296 shields on US 29 in both directions at Daniel Morgan Ave, but I never saw any other shields so truncating it should be fine IMO.

Otherwise I am fine with you leaving out US 29 Bypass for now since I did not see a posting NB at Daniel Morgan Ave.

I hope to finish SC 9 and its auxiliary routes tonight.

EDIT:  SC 9 is done.  I have a wedding to go to tomorrow so I will not resume with SC 10 before Sunday at the earliest.

All changes SC 2-9 made and sent in.  I tried to update other files to reflect SC 9's directional changes so that you won't have to point these out later...

SC 19 Truck appears to be posted on the entire loop around Aiken now.  Currently I have it only around the west half.

For SC 4 TRUCK (Windsor),  the StaParkRd point should be US78_E with the corresponding point on US 78 changed to SC4Trk_E.

Also there is a Datacheck Error for SC 6 Truck (Moncks Corner) (SC6TrkMon) that I pasted below that should be marked as a FP.

Thirdly, I found some Datacheck FPs that can be removed (also pasted below).

SC 10:
1.  MaiSt should be MainSt.
2.  The US 221 labels for SC 10 should potentially be W and E instead of S and N.  However, the south to north routing in general (and that I did not see any further directional banners) makes me think I may be fine with it as-is.
3.  +X001 should be replaced with visible points at Creswell Rd (CreRd) and Briarwood Rd (BriRd).

SC 11:
1.  LakHarStPk should be LakeHarSP.
2.  The SC 24 point should be recentered to the overpass.
3.  +X021 (SC11) should be replaced with a visible point at Ridgecrest Rd (RidRd).
4.  +X020 (SC11) should be replaced with a visible point at Stewart Rd (SteRd).
5.  SC 28 should be recentered.
6.  +X016 (SC11) should be replaced with a visible point at Dynamite Rd (DynRd).
7.  +X015(SC11) should be replaced with a visible point at Bluewater Trail (BluTr).
8.  RoyJonRd should be RoyJonHwy.
9.  There should be a point added for Table Rock State Park (multiple if tolerance becomes an issue).
10.  +X015(SC11) should be replaced with a visible point at New Hope Rd.
11.  More of a side note and not directly related to this, but US 276 needs to be flipped from west to east.
12.  +X000(US276) should be replaced with a visible point at River Falls Rd (RivFalRd).  (also affects US 276)
13.  A point would not be needed for Pleasant Ridge County Park, but I maybe would consider it.
14.  The US 25 point needs to be synced with the route.
15.  +X011(SC11) should be replaced with a visible point at OldHwy11.
16.  NGlaMouRd should just be GlaMouRd.
17.   +X008(SC11) should be replaced with a visible point at Red Hill Rd.
18.  The SC 14 point needs to be synced with the route.
19.  +X007(SC11) should be replaced with a visible point at Burnt Chimney Rd (BurChiRd).
20.  +X006(SC11) should be replaced with a visible point at Island Ford Rd (IslFordRd).
21.  +X005(SC11) should be replaced with a visible point at Rainbow Lake Rd (RaiLakeRd) or Cannon Ford Rd.
22. MarCamRd should be MarCampRd (Martin Camp Rd).
23.  +X003(SC11) should probably be replaced with a visible point at Henderson Rd (HenRd).
24.  I am unable to tell if US221Con is correct,  but if it is an official designation, it would be fine as-is based on your rules.
25.  +X000(SC11) should be replaced with a visible point at Furnace Rd (FurRd).
26.  The SC 150 point needs to be synced with both SC 11 and SC 18.

SC 12:
1.  N9thSt on the corresponding points to US 1 and US 378 should just be 9thSt (prefix removed).
2.  I am unsure if the SC12Sp label for SC 12 SPUR should be different.
3.  I would change DecBlvd to I-77(13) just because the ramps go directly to/from I-77 east of here.  This is an either-or scenario though that would require the I-77 point to be I-77(15).
4.  The SpeCreChuRd should be shortened based on the rules for labels for three plus words in the Manual.
5.  WhiPonRd should be WhiPondRd (White Pond Rd).

SC 14:
1. FriRd should be FriChuRd (Friendship Church Rd).
2.  PowRd should be FaiRd (Fairview Rd).  (This is technically correct though, but Fairview Rd intersects I-385.)
3.  AdaMilRd should be AdaMillRd (Adams Mill Rd).
4.  +X001 should be replaced with a visible point at Westmoreland Rd (WesRd).
5.  SC14TrkGre_S needs to be synced with SC 14 and changed to SC14TrkGre_E.
6.  EGapCreRd should just be GapCreRd.
7.  A point should be added at Fews Chapel Rd (FewChaRd) as the route almost leaves tolerance here.  This may also led to a point needed at Cockrell Rd (CocRd).
8.  The SC 11 point needs to be synced with the route. (mentioned on SC 11)
9.  This route should be flipped as it is posted east-west.

SC 14 TRUCK (Greer):
1.  SC101/290 should be SC101/290_S to match US 29 (since there is a concurrency here).
2.  SC14_S needs to by synced with SC 14.
3.  The SC 14 endpoints should be E and W instead of S and N.

SC 16:
1. SHarSt should just be HarSt.
2.  Is Crosshill Rd a US76Con route?
3.  +X001 could easily be removed without a replacement, but it does take .08 miles  off of the route distance.
4.  The SC 277 point needs to be synced with that route.

SC 18:
1.  Should SC215Con be SC18Con? (maybe changed to Harwood Heights, I am looking at the SCDOT Street Finder again here)
2.  I would recommend a point at Oak Grove Rd (OakGroRd) as the route almost leaves tolerance here.
3.  ResRd should be replaced with Robinson Farm Rd (RobFarmRd).
4.  The SC 211 points should be N and S instead of E and W.
5.  RouTreRd should be RouTreeRd (Round Tree Rd).
6.  The SC 105 points should be S and N instead of E and W.  Also they need to be synced.
7. The SC150_S point needs to be synced with this route and SC 11.
8.  SC11 should be SC11_N.
9.  I would add a point at Limestone St (LimSt_S) on the north end of Gaffney due to the connection to SC 150 and US 29.
10.  Is something going on around I-85 Exits 95 and 96? (may also affect SC 329)
11.  Note that SC 18 also seems to be an east-west route.

SC 18 TRUCK (Union):
1.  The SC49Trk point should be SC49Trk_S.  (also affects SC 215 and US 176 (which labels it as SC496))
2.  SC215 should be SC215_N.  (also affects SC 215 and US 176 (which has this point as US176_N instead of US176_W)
3.  US176 should be US176_W.

SC 19:
1.  Does this route end south of US 278?  (see here and at US 278)
2.  Should SC302 be SC118/302? 
3.  +X001 can be removed without crazily affecting the shaping (lessens the route by .05 miles).  I would consider adding a point at Silver Bluff Rd since it connects directly to SC 302.
4.  Should the one-way posting of SC 19 NB on SC19Con be reflected in the HB? (between SC19Con to US 1 SB/US 78 WB back west to Laurens St where it rejoins)
5.  LauSt should be LauSt_S if it stays. (The best way to reflect both directions is to remove this point IMO.)
6.  +X002 should be replaced by a visible point at Springfield Church Rd (SprChuRd).
7.  SC121Con should be Greenhouse Rd (GreRd).

SC 19 TRUCK (Aiken): (will be relooked at when doing SC 118)
1.  To follow up on my SC 4 comment, I think that SC 19 TRUCK may be circumferential like SC 118. 
2.  SC302 should be SC302_W.
3.  ArbCt should be converted to a shaping point.

You are right.  It does get a bit close just to the south of Briarwood Rd, and Greenwood Mills Farm Rd was not worthy of a point IMO.

Starting with SC 20:

SC 20:
1.  SC 20 is also posted east-west theroretically meaning it should be flipped.  The east-west note applies to SC 20 TRUCK (Abbeville) and SC 20 CONN (Anderson County) as well.
2.  SC20TrkAbb_N should be SC20TrkAbb_W.
3.  The SC 185 points should be S and N instead of E and W.
4.  S-4-67 should be Sauer Farm Rd (SauFarmRd) as I do not see a sign for the route.  (verified via SCDOT Street Finder)
5.  TraRd should be TraRd_N.  (verified via SCDOT Street Finder)
6.  FloWriRd should be FloWriDr (Floyd Wright Drive).
7.  A point should be added at Crawford Dr (CraDr) as the route almost goes out of tolerance.
8.  SHamSt should be HamSt.
9.  The PieGolCouRd label should be shortened.
10.  AugSt should be AugSt_S.
11.  FalParDr should be FalParkDr_E (or FalParkDr if SC 20 does not actually end at US 123, I did not see any SC 20 signs at the Falls Park Dr/US 123 intersection, but saw this nearby on River St.)

SC 20 TRUCK (Abbeville):
1.  SC28_S should be SC28_E.
2.  SC71 should be synced with SC 71 and SC 28.
3.  SC28_N should be SC28_W.
4.  The SC 20 points should be E and W instead of S and N.

SC 22:
1.  The US 501 point needs to be synced with it.   

SC 23:
1  The RedOakGroRd label should be shortened.
2.  ColSprRd should be ColdSprRd (Cold Springs Rd).
3.  +X001 is not truly needed (loses .05  miles of mileage).
4.  The OldFivNotRd label should be shortened.
5.  SC23TrkEdg_W should be SC23TrkEdg_S.
6.   The SC430 point needs to be recentered.  (also affects SC 23 TRUCK (Edgefield))
7.  The SC39_S point needs to be synced.
8.  +X003 could easily be replaced by a visible point though the roads in the area are gravel (such as Dickert Rd).
9.  US178 should be US178_W.

SC 23 TRUCK (Edgefield):
1.  The US25/430 intersection needs to be relooked at to clarify if all three routes should be synced.  I'll relook at this when I get to SC 430.
2.  EasRd should be EastViewRd. (also affects SC 430)

SC 24:
1.  The SC 11 point should be recentered to the overpass. (mentioned on SC 11)
2.  The SC 59 points need to be recentered due to intersection realignments.  (The HERE Hybrid Day Maps show this)
3.  ONeiFerRd should be ONeFerryRd (It is O'Neal Ferry Rd.)
4.  SC187_N could use a minor recentering.

SC 27:
1.  US78_W should be recentered (potentially an intersection realignment based on the HERE Hybrid Maps).
2.  The SprHilChuRd label should be recentered.

SC 28 (Beech Island): (will need to be flipped from west to east)
1.  The US278/125 point needs to be synced with US 278 and SC 125.
2.  For US 278, SC28 should be SC28_W.

SC 28: (will need to be flipped from west to east, I do see a north banner here though just past US 221 NB/US 378.)
1.  A point should be added for Hamilton Branch State Park.  (also affects US 221)
2.  S-33-26 should be Williams Long Rd (WilLongRd) as I do not see a black sign marking that number.  (also affects US 221)
3.  I would add a point at Price's Mill Rd (PriMillRd) to cover Parksville (verified via SCDOT Street Finder).  (also affects US 221)
4.  I would also add a point at Dordon Creek Rd (DorCreRd) for the Parksville Recreation Area. (also affects US 221)
5.  S-33-70 should be Pine Grove Church Rd (PGChuRd) as I do not see a black sign marking that number.  (also affects US 221)
6.  Also for US 221, SC28_S should maybe be SC28_E.
7.  S-33-19 should be recentered slightly.
8.  TroRd should be TroyRd.
9.  SC 20 TRUCK (Abbeville) needs to be synced with SC 28 from here to the north end of the concurrency (where SC20Trk should be SC20Trk_W).  This was sort of mentioned on the SC 20 TRUCK Review.
10.  ShrCluRd should be ShrClubRd (Shrine Club Rd).
11.  The SC 284 points should be W and E instead of S and N.  That shield in the GSV link is the wrong direction banner (should be west).
12.  SMcDRd should be McDSt.
13.  SC28Bus_S should be SC28Bus_E and be synced with SC 28.
14.  PeaDaiRd should be OPDaiRd (since Pearman Daily Rd is SC 28 intersecting Old Pearman Daily Rd).
15.  The US76/28Bus point needs to be synced with both US 76 and SC 28 BUS.  Also the SC28Trk point on US 178 should be SC28 or maybe SC28Con...
16.  +X002(US76) should be replaced with visible points at Milwee Creek Rd  (MilCreRd) and Williams St (WilSt). (also affects US 76)
17.  SC187_S is an unused alternate label that can be removed.
18.  +X001(US76) should be replaced by a visible point at Queen St (QueSt). (also affects US 76)
19.  US123_E should be US123_N.  US76/123_W should be US76/123.
20.  WelHwy_E can be WelHwy for just SC 28.  That label seems to make sense for US 76 and US 123.
21.  A point at Sheep Farm Rd (SheFarmRd) seems to be useful.
22.  I would recenter the WUniRd (should be UniRd) point to the Poplar Springs Rd overpass.
23.  SC11 should be recentered slightly.  (see SC 11)
24.  MaiSt should be MainSt_E.
25.  The SC 183 points should be N and S instead of E and W.
26.  LakJemRd should be LakeJemRd (Lake Jemiki Rd).
27.  I would add a shaping point here (http://www.openstreetmap.org/?lat=34.905739&lon=-83.180097) in order to keep the line from crossing the river and entering the line into GA south of the SC/GA line.

SC 28 BUS (Anderson):
1.  SC28_S should be SC28_E.
2.  It looks like the route (posted anyway) turns left at Sayre St, turns right onto Murray Ave to follow US 29 BUS/SC 81 to Greenville St, and then turns back onto Main St at the current US29Bus/81 label.  (affects US 29 BUS (Anderson), SC 81, US 76, US 178, and probably other routes I may have missed)
3.  Do the US 76 TRUCK and US 178 TRUCK routes in Anderson still exist?  (I saw no posting following their routes in the HB, but saw this following what is marked as US 76/US 178.)
4.  I would add points at Whitehall Rd on both US 76/US 178 and SC 28 BUS to keep the US 76/US 178 line from being on SC 28 BUS.
5.  EWPkwy should be EastWestPkwy.  (also affects US 76 and US 178)
6.  SC28_N should be SC28_W and be synced with US 76 and SC 28.

SC 28 BUS (Pendleton):
1.  The SC 28 points should be E and W instead of S and N.

SC 28 TRUCK (Anderson):
1.  SC28_S needs to be SC28_W and synced with it and SC 28 BUS.  US 178 needs to be synced as well.

SC 31: (all changes affect I-74 FUT (Myrtle Beach)
1.  I would add a thread in the "6-Month+ Outlook" section about the extension to SC 707 that should open later this year.  I would go-ahead and add a hidden shaping point on SC 707 for when it opens.
2.  WatTowRd should only be WatRd (one-word).

South Carolina made this more difficult by apparently recently changing all even routes to E-W and all odds N-S regardless of how ridiculous it looks.  So there will unfortunately be a lot of these errors to correct.

For SC 18 at I-85, they are reconfiguring the two interchanges as part of the widening of I-85.  Well under construction at this point.  Should I put the SC 18 points in their new locations now?

Yeah I saw your post on AARoads about that.  It makes sense now that you said that.

For SC 18, the current points should stay as-is for now unless the configuration already changed. I purposedly had added hidden shaping points on PA 980 knowing that I would want them there due to future connections to PA 576.  I recommend either doing that or posting a new topic regarding this under "6-Month+ Outlook" as a reminder for later.  It personally does not matter for me. 

EDIT:  Thinking about it after I posted this, the new thread to hold it for later is the better option.

I have completed SC 10-SC 31 via the posts above.  When I restart, I will start with a new post for SC 33.

EDIT: I quickly did SC 33 and had no suggested changes.  I will restart with SC 34.

Per Street Finder and SCDOT Greenville County and City of Greenville Maps, SC 20 ends at Main St and SC 81 and SC 124 end at each other, despite postings for SC 20 and SC 124 beyond those points.

US 76-178 Truck no longer exists and I will get them deleted on my next submission.

6.  +X004(US321) should be replaced with a visible point at Moultrie St (MouSt).  (also affects US 321)
7.  I did not see shields indicating to use US21Con to get to US 21 SB and vice versa to SC 34 WB from US 21 NB.
8.  The SmaRd point needs to be recentered.
9.  +X006 could easily be replaced with a visible point at Gettys Rd (GetRd).
10.  US521/601Trk should be US521Trk/601Trk.  (could affect US 1 and US 601, I doubt it would affect the truck routes.)
11.  US521/601_N should be US521/601.  (US521/601_N should be US521/601 on US 1 as well.  US601/1_S should be US1/601 on US 521.  I would change US1_N to US1/521 on US 601 even though the former is technically correct.)
12.  EYorSt should just be YorkSt.
13.  AntSt should be AntRd (Antioch Rd).
14.  JohPonRd should be JohPondRd.
15.  SC 151 seems to be posted up to US401Con.  (I may relook at this at SC 151, but it would save a few minutes to check this out now.)
16.  The US52Bus point needs to be synced with US 52 BUS (Darlington).
17.  SocHilRd should be SocHillRd.
18.  I would add a point at Arcadia Rd (ArcRd) (shown as River Rd on the SCDOT Street Finder) due to the 9.35 miles between GeoRd and SC38.
19.  HooRd should be HoodRd.
20.  +X009 should be replaced with a visible point at Pelt Rd (verified via SCDOT Street Finder).
21.  The 9thAve point could be easily removed (losing .07 miles of mileage).  You could also replace it with a point at MLK, Jr.  Blvd.
 
SC 34 TRUCK (Camden):
1.  YorkSt should be YorkSt_E.  (affects US 1 TRUCK (East Camden) and US 521 TRUCK (East Camden)
2.  All 3 truck routes need to be synced with US 521 at the southern end.  That label on US 521 should be changed from US1/521Trk to US1Trk/521Trk.
3.  US 1 TRUCK (East Camden) is posted on US 521 NB at the southern end of US 521 TRUCK (Camden).

SC 34 TRUCK (Darlington):
1.  US52Bus_S should be US52_S. (I would have thought that it would have been US52_E, but US 52 seems to be posted N-S here.)
2.  SChaRd should be ChaRd_S.
3.  A point should be added at Pocket Rd (PocRd).  (see "TO I-95 shield" near the intersection)

SC 35:
1.  The I-77 point needs to be synced with it.

SC 37:
1.  The US278 point at its southern end needs to be relocated.  This seems to be due to an intersection alignment.  (will also affect US 278)
2.  SpaMosRd should be SpaMossRd.

SC 38:  (will need to be flipped)
1.  OldSC38 is probably correct, but I would change it to Christmas Farm Rd (ChrFarmRd) to match the road name.
2.  CoxRd should be CoxeRd.
3.  SC38BusBen_N should be SC38BusBen_W.  (The town abbreviation though is unnecessary here.)
4.  OldWirRd should be OldWireRd.

SC 38 BUS (Bennettsville):  (route also needs to be flipped)
1.  SC9Bus_W should be SC9Bus_N.
2.  The SC 38 points should be E and W instead of S and N.

SC 39:
1.  The SCDOT Street Finder indicates that it extends to the Savannah River Site entrance south of US 278.
2.  The US78_W point needs to be recentered.  (maybe an intersection realignment)
3.  WooDobRd should be WooDobyRd.
4.  +X001 could easily be removed.  (mileage loss is .04 miles)
5.  YalSt should be YaleSt.
6.  RawMilPonRd should be shortened and corrected.
7.  HolPonRd should be HolPondRd.
8.  SC121_S needs to be synced with SC 121 (where US178_S should be US178_E).  (also affects US 178) 
9.  The alternate label US178/378Con for SC121_N can be removed as it is not in-use.

US-52 keeps swapping from E-W to S-N in different states.  SC is one of the S-N states.
