usavi: stray road segment?

I don't have time to investigate right now, but I'll put there here to remind me or maybe someone else will check it out.  I was lookig at the map generated by the usavi system, and in western St. Croix, there's a road segment shown connecting a point near Jolly Hill to a point near Annaly that doesn't look like it corresponds to any road on the underlying map or satellite.  For all I know it's a tunnel or something, but maybe it's there in error.

VI763 looks like it is the road that makes the line that you are talking about.

I think the mapping has improved from when I made the route. Won't be hard to fix.
