mapmikey, we're missing this route. Pretty much, the 'Future I-295' route is fully posted as NC-295. Thus, we need to have that route as well. At least it's a carbon-copy of the Future I-295 file, so it should be simple to fix (if you want me to do it quickly, let me know and I'll do it on GitHub for ya).
