Just drove through Bishop yesterday. Upgrading of US 77 still in progress (and causing major backups as mainline traffic is shunted over to the frontage road around incomplete bridges), no I- signage in Bishop yet.

Also drove I-169 (what there is of it). Construction underway on new toll lanes in the median, to fill at least the northernmost gap between toll road segments. (I turned back at the turnaround marked Tur in the TX 550 file.) Might I-169 be extended once more of the toll road is finished?

BTW, I saw no I-169 signage, either on the highway itself or from SB I-69E. Not that it matters much since unsigned Interstates are eligible for the HB, but still.

Per the manual, I should probably rename this TX550_U.
FWIW, 2011 GMSV has this signed for just FM511. Oscar, did you happen to notice this assembly, and how it's signed now?

I assume it would be, yes. FWIW, I-169 is not yet listed in the TXDOT designation files.
FHWA Route Log & Finder List says 1.5 mi, which is a pretty good match for our  1.41 in the HB.
AASHTO SCOH USRN seems to agree too.
This I would expect FHWA/AASHTO action before any future extensions.

Is it an intended-to-be-unsigned route, or an intended-to-be-signed-but-still-isn't-yet one? Gray area?
There's been enough fanfare; TXDOT seems to want its existence recognized, in some capacity. Are they just slacking on signage?
I think I may just clap my hands over my ears and shout LA LA LA, and leave this in the HB until it's a fully signed route...

Bypass opened, and signed as US 87. Interchange work at the bypass/I-20 junction suggests plans to extend the bypass north, but where to?

Old route through town is signed as Business US 87 at its south end, but otherwise is signed as regular US 87. Coming into town from the north (as I did), there's no signage indication that you need to hop on the Interstate to follow the US 87 mainline. I've seen this kind of sloppy signing elsewhere, such as with US 287 in Corsicana coming from the south.

I just found this update on US 281.  It does not look like you need to do anything here (at least for now, maybe when Phase 2 is closer to completion).

I also found this on US 183, but you may not need to do anything at this point.

Nothing to do now for Phase 1.

I wanted to add the points for the eventual interchanges at the current at-grade junctions and be done with it, but OvePkwy throws a wrench into that. The Double half interchanges rule would require the point to slide halfway down to Wilderness Oak, and it's too early for that. That being the case, may as well hold off on the rest until the final geometry falls precisely into place.

I also found this on US 183, but you may not need to do anything at this point.

Nothing to do except arguably recenter the US183/TXLp111 jct.
