Macedonia Magistrale (mkda)

Macedonian Magistrale (A prefix) often have motorway standard but there are even some A roads through villages. I think tier 4 seems to be correct.

Regional roads (R prefix) are sometimes used for waypoint labels but there are exceptions where names are used. I couldn't find any R road signed and GSV is only partially available.
