Since the bypass is clearly signed as Bypass NC 55 and the route through town is clearly signed NC 55 and the NC DOT maps reflect this, the HB reflects reality. NCDOT originally wanted to sign the route through town as Business NC 55, but the town objected. The HB should reflect reality, not somebody's opinion of what it should be.
