That's my question. Did you revise everything
I believe so (there might be some EX108 typos and EX109 didn't save issues), other than this:
Since these are not TM relevant borders (which should be labeled ARA/BIZ rathar than Ara/Biz et cetera), we could also just take the name of the other route. For instance, A623 wp Ara/Biz could be renamed to BI623.
Because they are not TM-relevant, they get lower case border names (cf county / city boundaries endpoints in the states. Oh, and espga). I've gone with keeping the border labels, rather than using the continuation road number.

But as you won't go through it again, what you are saying is that you are done with reviewing them...

Activate imnb, jeyb and nirb first.
Well, obviously (had already set that up), but I feel like a flurry (or perhaps an autumnal fall. :P) of new systems in the next few days given Jim's gripe about too many preview systems!

When you believe that you don't have missed anything, go ahead and activate all pending esp systems! If you bring the small espga system to preview soon, I might review it the next few days so that we can also activate it very soon. Just to complete the whole Spanish affairs :)

given Jim's gripe about too many preview systems!

Not just Jim's ;)

I couldn't find km posts with "A-5R".
Here's one. I'll have a think about adding it.

You mean 'M', not 'A'. I don't think it's need as it's just a ramp, but I'll add it anyway.

M45x:
Is it really concurrent to M50?
Bizarre, but true.

I will need to rejig - M45 is only on the inner carriageways, with M50 on all 4.

wp for M40 missing
You'd be hard pushed to join M40 there, and find it even harder to go the other way. Yes they built a roundabout over the freeway and didn't connect it up, nor provide the possibility of connection.

Don't we need update entries for the former eursf routes in esppv?
Why? They've not been added, deleted, renamed, extended, truncated or relocated. There's zero effect on list files.

Sorry, I thought that almost all former eursf routes have been extended and didn't expect that all in esppv didn't change.

However, the espex.n523 update entry is wrong (name and link in updates.csv).

Concurrencies:    FINE
NMPs:             FINE
Add eursf routes: Route b/n AP9 exit 168 and A55 exit 17 might be added
source:           https://infraestruturasemobilidade.xunta.gal/seccion-organizacion/c/Axencia_Galega_de_Infraestruturas?content=Direccion_Xeral_Infraestruturas/Estradas/seccion.html
source check:     DONE, see subsequently

Why are some "Vía de Alta Capacidade" (VAC) in espa system and some in espga system? I've only checked that you didn't miss a route but not how they are signed. Are all espa routes blue and all espga routes red (or green*)? Do I need to check it in detail?
*Which is odd but I've seen that some espga routes are signed green!?

Have you already dealt with this:

General issue in Spain:
There are different names for Avenues: Avenida and Avinguda. Do we generally wanna Av, or Ave and Avi? It's currently mixed:
Ave is used 278 x
Avi is used 65 x
Av is used 41 x

I've not checked all systems but I think that you've decided that CT and VC should have Avi and other regions Ave?

IIRC, I went with whatever OSM has - so that seems about right as that's the language divide (though Catalan and Valencian are nominally different languages!). IB might be Avi then.

@Si: What's the story behind espga split? I also thought that the VAC routes might be a different system. But eursf?

Have a look on the box at the bottom of this wikipedia article.
The AG routes (and LU-21 + PO-010) are called "Autoestradas e autovías" --> espa (tier 1)
The "Rede primaria básica" are our espga system (tier 5)
The CG and VG routes (you wanna put into eursf) are also called "Vías rápidas e corredores" and appear to be "in-between". The same in the official lists were they are called ""Vía de Alta Capacidade".
I suggest an own tier 2 system for these espga routes like pols, autb, svnh,...!

Why not?
