Whoops, I thought I'd done it - it'll be in the browser in the Thursday update (whether I do it tonight or tomorrow - I'm currently drafting some Kiwi tourist routes for my own amusement, and have turd review round 1 to complete).

Red Basica also includes some (green) routes. I guess we don't wanna include them for rassist reasons?

How do you tell the difference between the A301 (Red Básica de Articulación) with green cartouches, A302 (Red Intercomarcal) with green cartouches, and A316R1 (Red Complementaria Metropolitana Jaén) with green cartouches.

ToA32 segment is indicated A316G on OSM and GM shows it and(!) the branch to A32 being A316 (w/o G), should route begin at A32 exit 31?

Signed as A32/N322 northbound, and A316R1 southbound. Not including.

A491:
Extend at west end to A2079?

Why pick this one, and not the various others where I've not carried on beyond the autovia section? If it's not noteworthy on the A357, A382, A383, A480, etc it should likewise be obvious on the A491?

The system is such a mess... Not the 'TM espib system' but Red Primaria and how it's signed in field and indicated on maps...
If I got it right, you've included all Majorcan Red Primaria routes which are signed blue or orange according to GSV (not GM). You've omitted routes which are signed yellow.

General issue/question for Basque Country about Ara/Biz, Ara/Gip and Gip/Biz wp labels:
These are the borders of the three provinces in Basque Country: Álava, Biscay and Gipuzkoa. We could ignore it for TM purpose but the road names change here from A to BI or GI.
Since these are not TM relevant borders (which should be labeled ARA/BIZ rathar than Ara/Biz et cetera), we could also just take the name of the other route. For instance, A623 wp Ara/Biz could be renamed to BI623.

There is kind of precedence in Baden-Württemberg (DEU-BW). There are four provinces and deudwl route names do sometimes change there, e.g. L1361 becomes L361 @ http://www.openstreetmap.org/?lat=48.532607&lon=8.760653
Same prefix but different numbering in BW but different prefix and same numbering in PV.
Ok, I've drafted and reviewed it myself, no peer-review. However, I'd prefer this policy here too.

LR131Cam:
GM and GSV have it as NA-134 althouth it's not in Navarra. OSM indicates RI-134. But wikipedia is indicating it being LR131 and it's confirmed by the official 2010 list -> seems to be OK. However, I think that it's maintained by Navarra and we could also add it to espnc but located in ESP-RI like German B258 in Belgium or German B317 in Switzerland :8

N111:
I remember that I've fighted to find anything that N111 b/n Logrono and Viana but I don't remember why I didn't add it to HB back then. OSM, GM, GSV and wikipedia confirm that it's N111. Should be added to espn!

It has been in the browser since you added it! It's in Navarre, and the short bit in La Rioja between the end of the N111a and the border is A13* and only A13.

*quite how this hasn't been renumbered as LO-13 to free up the A number beats me! Even with the nonsense that sometimes overruns the Spanish Autovia numbering, this is one of the silly ones.
