1. The PA 23 point at Landis Valley Rd needs to be recentered to the
relocated intersection. Recently a FYA signal was put here but it does not show it in GSV.
2. The point for New Holland Rd (NewHolRd) should actually be for
Brimmer Ave. Though this is fine as an alternate as it becomes
New Holland Rd to the south.
