Driving from Atlanta to West Virginia through Blairsville GA, and I noticed US 19/US 129/GA 11 have been relocated to the Glen Gooch Bypass east of the town square then west along US 76/GA 515 back to where it used to cross US 76.  There are no highway signs through downtown including US 129 Truck, which may be no more. Most all signage on US 76 appears to have been replaced somewhat recently as part of moving US 19/US 129/GA 11.

So much for clinching US 129 Truck  :-\

That is correct.  GDOT's Blairsville inset confirms that US 19/US 129/SR 11 have been shifted east, onto the bypass, thus replacing US 129 Truck/SR 11 Truck.  Those latter two highways are no more.
Completely clinched:  I-24, I-35W (MN), I-97, I-124, I-126, I-155 (MO-TN), I-190 (SD), I-195 (MD), I-240 (NC), I-295 (FL), I-375 (MI), I-516, I-520, I-526, I-564, I-585, I-640, I-675 (GA), I-895A, US 178, US 276

All of this was fixed with the GA route updates over the last several months.
