VT: US2TrkSSJ concurrency with VT 18 not being auto-marked

I noticed this a couple months ago, but just got around to reporting it: at the east end of the St. Johnsbury truck bypass for US 2, the concurrency with VT 18 is not being marked automatically by the system. It appears that the coordinate for the eastern terminus of the truck route needs to be synched with the 2/18 junction.
