NC: I-285 "Future" -> I-285

Seems signs have finally gone up.

According to a post in the Facebook group SERoads, I-285 signs are going up along US 52 south on Winston-Salem. Here's the post with a photo, admittedly rather blurry, of one of the new signs (replacing the Business 85 shield along the southernmost section):

Added I-285 and deleted I-285 Future...submitted.

I think that the Future I-285 update entry should also get the 'nc.i285' root entry. Maybe it's not needed today because the I-285 entry is subsequent but I don't know whether we will have a better filter option one day.
