According to geoportal, is the border with ST a little bit east of A9.
The only source confirming geoportal is GM. Both do have a tiny segment west of A9 in Saxony. GM is also indicating the S8 for the ST segment (where it would be Lxxx)
All other sources confirm OSM (our primary source) and we just talk about 0.2mi.
A9, E49 and E51 are also drafted according to OSM.
I'd like to leave as-is if there are no objections.

That's usually not handled as strict as borders. It's less than 1mi and I would need to extend it to the next junction anyway. A gap of 0.47mi would remain. Leave as-is.

I often had 2 WPs for situation like this because I've only looked at OSM. These were reported as possible NMPs and I had to check these points. I'm used to check Satellite view now. Just switch to "Mapbox Satellite". If it can be considered as one intersection, I add one wp only. I think the situation here is borderline but 1 wp is fine.

The B96 Hoyerswerda bypass was opened on August 13 (southern section) and today (northern section). Today's opening is the reason why I've waited with changes to deusn till now.

The northern-most segment of S174 is also S173 according to geoportal. I remember that I've ignored the short link because I thought that geoportal is wrong here. Why two branches of S173 instead of S173 and S174 both heading to B172? Also X would be possible. Nevertheless, I've changed it and reported the error to OSM

The ramp is dedicated S289 and I should not add this short segment to HB. But S291 and S317 do both end at the roundabout and I've decided to extend S317 by 0.08mi. I've only extended S317 because it's the logical extension. S291 had a 90° edge. Leave as-is.
