Puerto Rico has never had shields on the site, because there are four styles in use and because some routes use more than one of them. GMSV is very spotty outside the cities, so it's possible we'll never know the status of some signage. Should we keep things as they are and continue using the site's default shield, pick one of the four in use there as a new default, or create shields on an individual basis for roads where signage is known?
Similarly, gbna, imna, jeya, jeyb and nira have two different shield styles with some routes using both, hence why shields haven't been created.

Here's some wikimedia commons shields for tourist routes (not sure what ones are useable, just did the grunt work of hunting down actual shields):

Batch 5 Summary:
 - canmbw: Fixed code to chop off the erroneous “te” prefix. (All I had to do was swap lines; the “R” from “Rte” was getting chopped off first.)
 - MI MI185: Added shield.
 - usaaz Loops: Added shields.

The usaaz Loop shields are working fine. However, the MI185 shield does not show up (displays the default usami shield as before), and the "te" prefix remains in the shields for canmbw. Triple checked for typos and found none, so I'm at a loss as to why only the one change worked.

Try now, I forgot to put one of the files in place and then forgot to clear those from the server's shield cache.

canmbw fix is now working, but the MI185 shield is still not overriding.
