Batch 5 Summary:
 - canmbw: Fixed code to chop off the erroneous “te” prefix. (All I had to do was swap lines; the “R” from “Rte” was getting chopped off first.)
 - MI MI185: Added shield.
 - usaaz Loops: Added shields.

The usaaz Loop shields are working fine. However, the MI185 shield does not show up (displays the default usami shield as before), and the "te" prefix remains in the shields for canmbw. Triple checked for typos and found none, so I'm at a loss as to why only the one change worked.

Try now, I forgot to put one of the files in place and then forgot to clear those from the server's shield cache.

 - Condensed andcs code within shieldgen.php.
 - prtve: Added shields and code.
 - ncle: Added shields and code.
 - phle: Added shields and code for the numbered routes. Added “homemade” shields for the named routes.
 - phlp: Added shields and code
 - mexf: Added shields and code.
 - gaba and gabn: Added shields and code. According to French Wikipedia, gabn and fran have the same shield, so with GMSV non-existent there, I am assuming that gaba and fraa also share one.
 - norr: Added shields and code.
 - ugam: Added shields and code.
 - tursf: Using usasf template, since Turkey uses an ever-so-slightly modified FHWA font on guide signs.
 - nzlmot: Using usasf template, since New Zealand uses FHWA font on guide signs.

Batch 7:
 - usakyp: This post from Duke87 has me convinced that the Kentucky tourism logo on the bottom of the usakyp shields shouldn’t be an issue, so in they go.
 - cansf: Added shields for ON LinAlePkwy and ON RedHillPkwy (courtesy of mapcat), as well as my “homemade” version of BC GolEarsWay (thanks to MicroStation).
 - myse and mysjp: Added shields and code. I think I finally figured out how to add the font (LLM Narrow) to GitHub. Also updated the Sources/Credits to include this font.
 - svna, svnh, srba, hrva, biha, bgra, and rksr: Added shields and code. Used Mittelschrift instead of SNV font since it was close enough without worrying about another new font.
 - index: Added shields and code. Used the usasf template and changed the font to Transport Medium to match what India uses.
