Clinched Routes Highway Shields

All the shields came through good. However the new font is not working properly, nor is Clearview for the Philippines shields I added yesterday. Glad I checked on a device that does not already have those fonts installed locally. Apparently more has to be done than simply uploading a TTF file to GitHub. Currently researching/working on a fix for these issues.

ETA: This should fix LLM. I will make a new pull request for Clearview if this works.

By the way we now have a SVG version of one of the NYC parkway shields with the graphic included:

The copyright status of the parkway-specific graphics is apparently not publicly known, and because it might be copyrighted it can't go on Wikimedia Commons... but AARoads Wiki has no qualms using it and neither should we on account of previously stated fair use rationale, which should reasonably apply to _any_ highway shield including a copyrighted or trademarked component.

I put a completely clean copy of the latest shields and fonts on tmstage.teresco.org .  If everything looks good there, I can do the same on the production server.

Everything except the Malaysian shields are working fine, and I think I have another fix for that (need to add ' to the font name in the shields).

These are on tmstage now.

The latest is now up on the main site.  I gave it the same treatment tmstage had - get rid of all old files to make sure there was nothing straggling and reinstalled all fonts and shield templates and code.

The Kentucky Parkway signs and 3 new Canadian freeway signs look great! But something happened to the fonts for numbers on other signs, at least for North American routes.

Looks like I should have waited for some more confirmation that things looked good on tmstage.  I think it's possible something was there on the production server that isn't properly in GitHub.
