MO: Broken concurrency on US67 near St Louis airport

The route (probably a Historic 66 segment) concurrent with US67 through the tunnel has a shaping point that US67 does not.

US67 needs a shaping point as the road as that diversion under the runway has been there since ~2006 (so maybe not when originally drafted) and drags it outside red lines.

The His66 (Florissant) point isn't quite in the right place, so when US67 is fixed, I'll sync the Historic 66 file up with that.

I saw this issue while working on the other St. Louis points. I added the point from the Hist 66 route to US 67.
