Just randomly decided to look @ I-90's file in NY and noticed some major issues. Quite a few of the shaping points aren't centered on the center of the highway. Quite a few of them are centered on one of the carriageways (really not much of an issue if they are right beside each other). However, there are a few other places where fixes need to be made.
1) 60(NYST) > +X02 === I-90 does in fact go outside of the tolerance 'red' lines in this area by a decent distance. My solution? Move the +X02 point to the following location. It will bring it back into tolerance (barely), at only a 0.03 mile loss to the entire route.

2) '+X10' === Don't get me started on this one. lol. This one is way north of the highway completely. Not sure how we never noticed this in the past as this is really bad. This fix below will put it back on the highway (and amazingly, gain back the 0.03 miles we lost fixing +X02).

On a side note, maybe an additional shaping point could be added near the 48A point between +X10 and it? Kinda like on the 'northern' side of 48A.
3) Could use another shaping point between '+X32' & '+X33', as I-90 goes a good distance outside of the tolerance lines, and no tweaking of those two shaping points could fix this one (unlike in 1).
4) The following other 'shaping points' could use some adjustments (outside of the I-90 ROW, but not by much unlike +X10): +X23; +X32; +X33; +X45; +X46; +X47; +X49; +X50; +X52
5) Maybe a shaping point could be added between 9 & 10 but isn't necessary.
