NV: Summerlin Parkway -> NV-613

Became NV-613 in January '19, not sure on signed status though.

I haven't heard of its being signed as a numbered route. It wasn't when I was out there last October, though the redesignation may've happened after I left town.

I'll wait for reports from our users, or on AARoads, or updated GMSV imagery, before adding it to usanv. A GMSV camera car was on CC 215 approaching the Summerlin Pkwy. from both directions in Feb. 2019, no route number signage.

It could go into our route set for U.S. named freeways, but I'd prefer to wait for route number markers so the parkway can go right into usanv.

NVDOT's 2021 route log indicates that NV 613's east end is technically at the Tenaya Way overpass (not interchange), about 0.4 mile west of our waypoint for the US 95 interchange. I suspect that the Summerlin Parkway east of that overpass is deemed part of the US 95 interchange, which has always been state-maintained even before the rest of the parkway transferred from county to state maintenance. So I might move all of the parkway, including the part east of Tenaya Way, from usasf to usanv.

oscar, I have one further comment. Looking at the existing file in the HB, I think that the route should have been flipped.  I do not think that this would affect any list files even with the rename.

It will have zero effect on list files. So no need to reorder the route file at this time.

But while Summerlin Pkwy may once have been an east-west route in the county system, the state highway log has NV 613 as west to east. So I can flip the route, next time (if ever) we need to make other changes to the route file.
