Minor OS updates 5/29/19

I'm doing what I hope and expect are minor OS and other software updates today on TM's server.  Expect brief downtimes.  If anything goes bad, downtimes could be longer.

OS including kernel update successful.  On to other software.  At least one more reboot to come.

Other software also updated, reboot and post-install tasks complete.  All looks good so far.  I'm running a site update to make sure nothing odd pops up from that process.  Please let me know if you see any problems.

The update did end up causing some problems in the form of a disk partition becoming too full to allow our DB to get updated or serve large queries.  I had to nurse tonight's site update through its final stages, and some SQL queries were likely failing.  Should be good now, since I cleaned up to free up some space.
